Delivery & Shipping Policy

You need to confirm the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by You is to be made, it should be correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non-availability of recipient), any extra cost incurred by the Company for re-delivery shall be claimed & borne by you (customer). Further, the Company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to any mishandling of any third-party delivery services provider in transit.

  1. The delivery of product will happen in 5-7 days (Delivery time varies from pin code to pin code).
  2. In case of damages during transit, it is advised that you do not accept the material from courier delivery personnel and mention the reason as “Package in Damaged Condition.”
  3. Any requests to deliver the product at a different address other than that mentioned during time of order, will be chargeable.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Bicycles purchased from www.tru.bike are non-returnable. The return of the product is only applicable if it has manufacturing defects, damage in transit & wrong/different item delivered.  The return request is only acceptable if it is reported within 3 calendar days’ time from the delivery of the bicycle. Any request for the return of the bicycle shall be at the sole discretion of Tru.Bike.

We advise you to record a video or take photographs immediately when your package is delivered to you that will assure us the damage being caused during delivery. Without sufficient proof of damage product being delivered, it will be deemed as a good and effective delivery and not eligible for return and or exchange.

In case of a return being approved by Tru.Bike under exceptional circumstances, all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following:

  • Original invoice 
  • Original box, intact, along with the packaging as delivered
  • All accessories provided at the time of sale of the bicycle

Once the product is returned, the process time to initiate the refund is 7 business days. The amount will be refunded within 14 working days to the original mode of payment. The following fees will not be reimbursed:

  • Delivery charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Other Miscellaneous if applicable such as transaction fees
  • (Note: In case of return processed by Tru.Bike, pick-up charges will be deducted from the product refund)

On receipt of Returned product:

Tru.Bike shall assess the extent of damage to the bicycle and shall take best efforts to ensure the same is rectified to the satisfaction of the technical team of Tru.Bike. One of the following solutions at the option of Tru.Bike will be provided:

  1. Replacement of damaged parts.
  2. Rectifying the defect if any 
  3. If the product or a part thereof is not repairable, a replacement of the product may be provided at the discretion of Tru.Bike

In case of Order cancellation 

  • If the order is cancelled before the dispatch by customer for any reason, payment gateway fees & cancellation charges of 2% will be deducted from the refund. 
  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch by customer for any reason, payment gateway fees deduction for the transaction and two side (forward and return) shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
